4th Generation Construction is a Chicago deck company that Ovi started in 2004 after growing up around carpenters; his father and grandfather both worked the trade, and he began building decks with his father as a teenager. It designs and builds decks, front porches, garage roof decks, rooftop decks, pergolas and privacy walls, working with wood, composite, PVC, porcelain tile and exotic hardwoods such as ipe. Framing, joists, stairs and railings are part of the build. Licensed architects and designers prepare the design, and permit expediting is offered. It is a Platinum TimberTech rated contractor, an A+ BBB accredited business and a member of the North American Deck and Railing Association. Rated 5.0 from 44 Google reviews, all five stars.
