Botanical Concepts Chicago

Botanical Concepts Chicago is a family-owned design-build practice for roof decks and landscapes, with more than 20 years of experience. It builds rooftop decks, garage-top decks and condo terraces using composite, porcelain and hardwood decking, along with pergolas, planters, irrigation and lighting. Structural assessment, stamped drawings, Department of Buildings permits and construction are handled in house, and clients see 3D renderings and a line-item budget before anything is ordered. Landscape design, grade-level gardens and seasonal planting round out the work. A roof deck build can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months depending on size and complexity. Free consultations are offered, and the practice stays small and boutique. Rated 4.8 from 26 Google reviews, 25 of them five stars and 1 one star.
