Framar Porches

Framar Porches, also trading as Frackiel Builders, builds porches and decks for homeowners in Chicago and Elmhurst, with a focus on multi-story porches. The company handles the paperwork up front, including architectural plans and the permit application to the City of Chicago, and an architect visits to measure before drawings begin. After the build it meets the city inspector so the work is signed off to Chicago code. Services include new porch installation, porch repairs, porch violation fixes and two and three story porches, along with custom decks tailored to each owner's preferences rather than a stock plan. Estimates are free, and an on-site look or a meeting can be scheduled. Rated 4.9 from 97 Google reviews, 93 of them five stars. The business is owned by women.
