Framar Porches Frackiel Builders

Multi-story porch design and construction is the specialty at Framar Porches Frackiel Builders, which also builds decks for homeowners in Chicago and Elmhurst. The business takes care of the paperwork up front, including architectural plans and the permit application to the City of Chicago, and an architect measures first and drafts the drawings. After completion it meets the city inspector so the work meets Chicago building code. Services include new porch installation, porch repairs, porch violation work, front porches and two and three story porches, and every deck is tailored to the owner's preferences. Estimates are free, with an on-site visit or a meeting offered. The company is owned by women and also works as a general contractor.
