Urban Rooftops

Urban Rooftops is a Chicago design-build firm for outdoor spaces, best known for roof decks and garage roof decks. Its work covers rooftop deck installation, pergolas and shade structures, outdoor kitchens and bars, fire pits and fireplaces, landscape lighting, outdoor furniture and landscaping. Each project begins with a design consultation about style preferences and how the space will be used, followed by a conceptual layout drawn in 3D software with room for revisions before construction starts. Pergola options include sleek mixed-material designs, fully covered structures and motorized louvered systems. Finished projects sit in Lincoln Park, West Town, Wrigleyville and Bucktown, and financing is offered. A showroom is open by appointment.
