Paro Projects

Paro Projects is a licensed and insured general contractor focused on remodeling and custom carpentry for Chicago's old houses, based in Rogers Park and serving Edgewater, Andersonville, Lincoln Square, West Ridge, Evanston, Skokie and Wilmette. Services include general contracting, old house restoration, bathroom and basement remodeling, accessory dwelling units, custom saunas, commercial and office build-outs, and decks and patios built to handle Chicago weather. Restoration work for century-old houses is done with a design eye and respect for what is already there, and coach houses and backyard units are permitted and built end to end. The team pulls permits and coordinates every trade, from electrical and plumbing to HVAC, giving clients one point of contact from start to finish. Rated 5.0 from 6 Google reviews.
