Core Improve - Deck Repair & Deck Staining

Core Improve is a family-owned deck contractor in Elmhurst with more than 20 years of experience, serving Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. It builds new decks and replaces old ones in wood, cedar, composite, hardwood and PVC, installing new boards, railings and stairs, and it repairs, stains and restores existing decks and fences. Repairs address damaged boards, stairs, railings, posts and structural issues, and staining includes pressure washing, sanding and weatherproofing. Every project starts with a free on-site consultation covering layout options, material recommendations and a detailed estimate, and the team then handles design, permits and construction.
