Rohrer For Construction

Rohrer for Construction is a Lake County general contractor that has been remodeling homes since 1989, serving communities including Lake Forest and Lake Villa. Beyond bathrooms, kitchens, basements and additions, it builds decks: wood deck construction, composite deck installation with Trex, covered decks and custom pergolas, plus deck repair and resurfacing. Sunroom and screened porch additions are on the list as well. Remodeling jobs move from consultation to planning, construction and a final walkthrough, using brands such as Sherwin-Williams for paint, Kohler for plumbing fixtures and Andersen for windows. Flexible payment options include milestone plans and financing through partners such as RenoFi. Work carries a limited warranty on labor and materials, typically one year on labor.
