About KML Remodeling, LLC
KML Remodeling in Millstadt builds custom decks, patio covers, pergolas and sun and screen rooms, and it also remodels kitchens and bathrooms and installs windows. Karen Lawlor founded the family-owned company in 2021 after nearly three decades in the restoration business, and it serves St. Clair County, the St. Louis Metro East and Southern Illinois. Deck work is pitched as maintenance-free, and one customer praises the paver patio and composite deck KML built. Its patio covers and pergolas are custom structural aluminum. Hardscape and landscape design are offered too, along with energy-efficient windows and a custom screen room, and the company supports its local community. Free estimates are available, and financing runs through Acorn, which works with multiple lenders. Rated 4.5 from 67 Google reviews.
